About Me
Kathryn Primm
Registered Licensed Occupational Therapist

Great to meet you! My name is Kathryn Primm...
… and I am a registered licensed occupational therapist. I work as needed at a home health agency. I initially started off as an occupational therapy assistant with 5 years experience in acute care and inpatient rehab. I then changed my area of practice to home health after becoming an occupational therapist and I love seeing patients thrive in their home!
I received my associates degree from LLCC when I became an OT assistant and decided to expand my education to obtain a B.S. and M.S. from Concordia University Wisconsin.
I had my son in 2022 and experienced a whirlwind of pelvic floor symptoms which led me down the path of my new profound passion of pelvic floor therapy! Since I enjoy home health and pelvic health, I figured I would combine two of my passions to help others in and around my community.
I received my pelvic floor level 1 certification as well as my postpartum rehabilitation certification through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and I am excited to put my skills and knowledge to use!
I am certified to assess and treat diagnoses including pelvic floor muscle dysfunction / weakness, painful bladder syndrome / interstitial cystitis, urinary incontinence, body mechanics with correct pressure management, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and pelvic pain.
